The standard of service offered was excellent. I had to change the order a couple of times (apologies again!) as I got the size of my friend’s daughter completely wrong! It’s nice to be treated in such a polite and helpful way, nothing was too much trouble and you accommodated my requests. The product arrived quickly and sooner than had been indicated, very good particularly for a personalised item. It was really nicely packaged too.
